1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of seminar booking platform services ("Services") by MMO IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our") to you ("Client", "you", "your").

By requesting demo access, submitting a pricing inquiry, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

We provide customized seminar booking platform solutions including:

  • Branded website with your institute's logo, colors, and information
  • Admin dashboard for managing seminars, viewing registrations, and exporting data
  • Email notification system for new registrations
  • Beautiful seminar showcase with carousel interface for students
  • Excel/CSV export functionality for registration data
  • Initial setup and configuration
  • Basic training on using the admin panel

Additional services and features may be available upon request and will be subject to separate pricing.

3. Data Privacy & Usage

3.1 Data Ownership

All client data, seminar listings, registration information, and student data entered into your platform remains your exclusive property. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content or data.

3.2 Our Use of Your Data

We will NOT:

  • Use your student information, seminar details, or registration data for our own purposes without your explicit written consent
  • Contact your students for any reason
  • Share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties
  • Use your data for marketing or promotional purposes

3.3 Data We Collect

We collect data necessary to provide the Services, including:

  • Business information provided during demo requests and pricing inquiries
  • Technical data required for platform setup and maintenance
  • Usage data for system monitoring and improvement

3.4 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

3.5 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Services. Upon request, we will delete your data in accordance with applicable law, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during demo requests and setup
  • Supplying necessary assets (logo, seminar images, content) in appropriate formats
  • Providing access to domain registration accounts if using a custom domain
  • Ensuring you have the legal right to use all content and assets provided
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the platform
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your admin account credentials

5. Setup Timeline

We aim to launch your fully branded seminar platform within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment and complete setup information. This timeline includes:

  • Platform customization with your branding
  • Domain setup (subdomain or custom domain)
  • Admin account creation
  • Testing and quality assurance

We will send pricing information within 24 hours of your inquiry and keep you updated throughout the setup process.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or unclear information provided
  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Domain configuration requirements for custom domains
  • Complex customization requests

6. Payment Terms

We offer multiple package options with set pricing. Pricing details and payment plan options will be sent to you within 24 hours of your inquiry.

Packages may include:

  • Setup fees
  • Monthly or annual service fees
  • Additional charges for extra features or custom requests

Payment is required before launch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Ownership & Licensing

7.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content, data, logos, and materials you provide or create within the platform.

7.2 Platform Code

We retain ownership of the underlying platform code, software, and infrastructure. You are granted a license to use the platform for your business purposes.

7.3 License Grant

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of your service agreement.

8. Support & Maintenance

Support scope will be defined in your service agreement and may include:

  • Technical support for platform functionality
  • Bug fixes and security updates
  • Platform updates and improvements

Major customizations, design changes, or feature additions may incur additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting providers, or domain registrars

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your service agreement.

Upon termination:

  • You may export your data from the platform
  • Access to the platform will be discontinued after the service period ends
  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws.
